On a historic warship brimming with stories of adventure and exploration, leading STEM educators and supporters exhibited tech innovations to inspire young generations. This extraordinary gathering celebrated the legacy of space exploration while providing a platform for cutting-edge research, science outreach, and professional networking. We extend our gratitude to Ms. Maureen Vavra and the USS Hornet Museum for this remarkable opportunity.
The event was an inspiring nexus of innovation. The young generation witnessed live drone races, flight demonstrations by Drones of SF and UAVs@Berkeley, explored projects featuring 3D printing, robotics, FBI internet safety education, AI socio-emotional training, and Arduino motion detectors by Silicon Valley Young Scholars, and brain sensor-based stress monitoring by Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley.
Beyond the presentations, the event facilitated meaningful networking with innovators and organizations to inspire the next generation of breakthroughs.
We look forward to future research and science educational outreach opportunities.
